About the Role

As General Manager, you will lead a property‑management team and deliver outstanding customer service to clients and tenants. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, financial reports, CAM pool calculations, and managing tenant‑improvement and capital‑improvement projects. You will serve as the primary communicator with building owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure satisfaction and resolve conflicts. Strategic, collaborative solutions and a focus on culture and best practices are expected. • Lead a property‑management team to deliver exceptional service for industrial facilities. • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and CAM pool reconciliations using Yardi or similar platforms. • Oversee tenant‑improvement and capital‑improvement projects from planning through execution. • Communicate effectively with building owners, tenants, and vendors to maintain strong relationships. • Develop staff, foster an inclusive culture, and drive collaborative problem solving. • Apply new technology and data analytics to improve operational efficiency.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 5+ years of property‑management experience (industrial preferred), and solid financial acumen with Yardi budgeting and CAM reconciliation experience. A CA Real Estate License must be obtained within six months, and familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, and third‑party management is required. Proven people‑leadership, tech‑savvy, and a track record of achieving results in a fast‑paced environment are also needed. Experience with Yardi, MRI, or Kardex platforms is mandatory. • Require 5+ years of industrial property‑management experience and strong financial acumen. • Obtain a CA Real Estate License within six months of hire. • Experience with third‑party management and lease negotiation is required. • Proficiency with Yardi, MRI, or Kardex property‑management accounting systems. • Demonstrated people‑management and effective verbal and written communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • On‑site position in Ontario, CA; no visa sponsorship provided.
