The position involves managing the front‑desk area, handling calls and emails, directing visitors, processing check‑ins and security badges, managing mail and service tickets, conducting basic site inductions, and supporting administrative tasks while ensuring security protocols are followed. Accurate records of visitor traffic and front‑desk activities must be maintained. • Greet guests, clients, and visitors. • Maintain a professional front‑desk appearance. • Handle incoming calls, emails, and communications. • Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. • Process visitor check‑ins and issue security badges as needed. • Manage mail and service tickets. • Conduct basic site inductions for visitors and vendors. • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. • Ensure security protocols are followed and alert security personnel when necessary. • Keep accurate records of visitor traffic and front‑desk activities.
