Manage small to medium construction and renovation projects at Rolls‑Royce facilities.

About the Role
In this position you will oversee project delivery, maintain schedules and budgets, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance, and provide regular status reports to both Rolls‑Royce and JLL management. JLL promotes continuous improvement, mentorship, and diversity, encouraging candidates to apply even if they do not meet every requirement, and utilizes AI‑driven recruitment while upholding strong data‑privacy standards. • Manage multiple small to medium construction and renovation projects simultaneously. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Coordinate with Rolls‑Royce stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and internal JLL teams. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and proactively resolve issues. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and Rolls‑Royce requirements. • Prepare and present project status reports to Rolls‑Royce and JLL leadership. • Oversee procurement, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships. • Implement and supervise quality control measures throughout project lifecycles. • Mentor and guide junior team members in project management best practices. • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

What You Bring
