About the Role
The consultant implements the leasing and marketing program, promotes a positive image of the apartment community, and assists management with resident programs and retention. • Tour prospective residents, process lease applications, and prepare leases • Plan and attend resident events • Collect and secure rental payments • Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention activities • Maintain an acceptable closing ratio per property expectations
