What You Bring

Autodesk Customer Success is seeking a Technical Adoption Specialist to help medium and large enterprise customers worldwide optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes. The role sits within the Technical Adoption and Success group of the Customer Technical Success team and reports to the Technical Adoption Manager. It offers hybrid contracts with no minimum office days. The specialist will work closely with customers, delivering live coaching sessions, discovery meetings, and digital content such as webinars to drive adoption of Autodesk solutions. The position requires expertise in design and manufacturing technologies, particularly Autodesk Vault, Inventor, and Fusion, and benefits from additional European language skills. • Possess expert knowledge of Autodesk Vault, Inventor, and Fusion in production environments. • Bring 5–6 years of design and manufacturing experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • Demonstrate fluency in English; additional European language skills (German, French, Spanish) are a plus. • Exhibit flexibility, quick learning in fast‑paced settings, and enjoyment of public speaking and presentations. • Additional familiarity with other Autodesk products or similar software is beneficial.
