The paint department role supports delivery schedules while maximizing productivity, performs set‑up of powder‑coating equipment, operates the department’s forklift, and carries out any additional duties as needed. The position requires strong communication, interpersonal, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills, as well as multitasking, organization and the ability to thrive in a high‑pressure team environment. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lb, sitting or standing for most of the shift, and occasional exposure to seasonal temperature extremes, dust and chemical fumes in the manufacturing facility.
