What You Bring

Schneider Electric is seeking a Security Service Technician with at least three years of field experience. This role focuses on delivering technical services for security products at customer sites, both remotely and on‑site. The position offers autonomy in handling complex issues, participation in on‑call rotations, and the chance to mentor colleagues and train customer personnel. It requires adherence to industry standards and continuous learning. Candidates must possess a solid background in CCTV, networking, and access‑control installations, along with proven troubleshooting abilities on commercial and industrial environments. Familiarity with Schneider’s platform and leading security vendors is advantageous. • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a field service technician in security services. • Knowledge of CCTV systems and device‑protocol networking. • Experience installing and servicing commercial access‑control systems. • Strong troubleshooting skills on commercial/industrial sites. • Familiarity with Schneider Access & Security Expert (preferred) and platforms such as Avigilon, Pelco, Genetec, Milestone (preferred).
