About the Role
Key responsibilities include vacuuming, edging, dusting, cleaning and restocking restrooms and breakrooms, window cleaning, trash removal, and sweeping and mopping floors. Employees may also be assigned additional duties as needed. • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures • Perform work assignments collaboratively with teammates • Maintain a clean work area • Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules • Take direction and respond to supervision • Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, co‑workers, managers, and customers • Fill in during staff shortages • Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items • Use proper personal protective equipment • Clean and stock restrooms and breakrooms • Perform window cleaning • Build respectful relationships with teammates and guests • Follow directions from cleaning lead, supervisor, or manager • Coordinate activities with internal departments • Participate in team meetings • Prioritize safety and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures • Lift, bend, squat, and stretch to move boxes, parcels, and shipments • Climb small to medium flights of stairs multiple times daily • Provide hospital indemnity, accident, and critical illness insurance

What You Bring
