The role involves creating engineered solutions for new products and modifications, adhering to Group standards like QFD, FMEA and design‑for‑manufacture, managing released engineering data, and ensuring safety, function and reliability of products. Key responsibilities include reducing manufacturing costs through design improvements, investigating customer complaints promptly, staying abreast of component advancements and competitor trends, and supporting the after‑sales helpdesk with technical queries. • Create an inclusive environment where every team member feels safe, supported, and valued. • Deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that positively impact communities. • Support employee development and help team members reach their full potential.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree or equivalent, are proficient in 3D CAD (preferably CREO) and PDM systems, possess strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge, and demonstrate creativity, communication skills and a collaborative, "can‑do" attitude.
