About the Role
We are currently hiring an HVAC Service Technician to handle service work and site maintenance for national accounts. The role includes diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems at customer locations, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Service products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Use hand tools and follow blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units. • Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems at customer locations. • Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed. • Prepare for on‑site installations by reviewing building layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating work. • Inspect and maintain company vehicles, keeping service records and ensuring cleanliness. • Inspect equipment for wear and report findings to customers or the Operations Manager. • Complete paperwork for each job, documenting time, progress, parts, labor, and costs, and submit reports promptly. • Determine and order required parts for repairs, managing timeliness. • Stay current on product specifications, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair procedures. • Provide technical support to customers. • Work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends as necessary. • Travel regularly, including occasional overnight trips.
