About the Role
Property Managers operate independently across multiple locations, handling both indoor and outdoor responsibilities. They interact with customers to assess storage needs, suggest products, and ensure units are ready for rent. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to verify inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers and complete bank deposits. • Make payment reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current. • Transport items weighing up to 35 lb and walk around facilities, spending up to 50 % of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. • Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interiors, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.

What You Bring
