About the Role
The firm is hiring a Director of Scheduling to lead scheduling services for key data‑center client accounts. This role will oversee both project‑level and program‑level schedules, develop Integrated Master Schedules, mentor a team of schedulers, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. The position is based onsite in Rayville, Louisiana, with a Monday‑Friday schedule and occasional regional travel. • Lead creation and management of detailed, resource‑loaded schedules for multiple large‑scale data‑center projects. • Establish and enforce standardized scheduling best practices, processes, and tools across the program. • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in planning and scheduling methodologies. • Serve as primary contact for scheduling matters with internal leadership, client partners, and contractors. • Support business development and growth of scheduling/project controls services. • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aligned with design, engineering, procurement, and construction. • Set baseline schedules, evaluate performance, and create KPIs for multi‑project programs. • Conduct high‑level schedule reviews, scenario modeling, and trend analysis for program decisions. • Integrate schedule data with cost, risk, and reporting systems such as Power BI and Tableau. • Collaborate with Project Controls, Finance, and Project Management to ensure schedule accuracy and budget alignment. • Monitor schedule risks and opportunities, supporting mitigation planning with senior stakeholders. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of schedulers across multiple sites, providing feedback and fostering a results‑driven culture. • Facilitate regular coordination meetings and communicate updates through dashboards and executive presentations. • Oversee monthly program reporting and manage multiple schedule inputs into a cohesive master schedule.

What You Bring
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in Rayville, LA, with relocation or travel as required. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. • 12+ years of scheduling experience on large‑scale construction projects, including program‑level responsibilities. • 2+ years leading high‑performing scheduling or project‑controls teams, preferably in consulting. • Proven experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules for complex programs. • Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, including baseline development, critical path analysis, and advanced reporting. • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, MEP systems, and commissioning/turnover workflows. • Ability to deliver schedules in fast‑paced, mission‑critical data‑center environments. • Excellent analytical, decision‑making, communication, and senior stakeholder‑management skills. • Proficiency with Excel and data‑visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Graduate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred). • Professional certifications such as PMP, PSP (AACE), CCM, or EIT (preferred). • Experience in data‑center or mission‑critical construction (preferred). • Background in Project Controls (cost, estimating, risk) (preferred). • Demonstrated business development acumen to support growth of scheduling services (preferred).
