The position provides support for the Business Development Department, handling professional correspondence with owners, housing agencies, and syndicators, as well as accurate data entry and document maintenance. • Property management experience (a plus, but not required) • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong email and telephone etiquette
