What You Bring
Successful candidates demonstrate effective communication and customer‑service skills, are courteous and professional, and can meet deadlines while staying well‑organized. Basic computer proficiency in a Windows environment and the ability to use standard office equipment are required. You must follow all company policies, act as a team player, and uphold a professional demeanor. The position requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical/vocational training, plus at least one year of related experience. Work is performed in a professional office setting with regular use of computers, phones, copiers, and filing systems. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions, with up to 5 % travel between properties. You may be required to remain stationary for most of the shift while also handling occasional physical tasks. • Use basic Windows computer skills and standard office equipment. • Meet education requirement: high school diploma or GED; 1+ year related experience. • Travel up to 5% between properties and handle physical tasks such as standing, walking, and climbing stairs.

Benefits
Cushman & Wakefield offers a compensation range of $17.00–$20.00 per hour, competitive with market rates and not below minimum wage.
