About the Role
You will lead end‑to‑end project management for large‑scale construction projects, develop comprehensive plans, collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and clients, implement effective governance and conduct risk assessments. You will monitor finances, manage change control, facilitate communication, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, you will mentor junior project managers. • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale construction projects within scope, schedule, budget and quality. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams of architects, engineers, contractors and clients. • Implement project governance, processes and risk mitigation strategies. • Monitor project finances, manage change control and ensure safety, health and environmental compliance. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. • Mentor and develop junior project managers.

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Real Estate team in Manchester. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing complex construction projects from inception to completion. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field and PMP certification are required. You must have demonstrable experience delivering large‑scale construction projects on time and within budget, strong knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills, as well as the ability to build strong client and team relationships, are essential. Experience in a consultancy environment and familiarity with sustainable construction practices are preferred. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field and PMP certification. • Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget. • Proficient in Microsoft Project or Primavera and knowledgeable of construction best practices. • Exhibit strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Experience in consultancy environment and familiarity with sustainable construction/LEED is a plus.
