Estimator/Project Manager

About the Role

• Actively participate in the company safety program and strategic plan. • Prepare bid packages, estimates, and analyze subcontractor bids for commercial and municipal projects. • Review plans, specifications, and contract documents; attend pre‑bid meetings for accurate bid preparation. • Coordinate multiple work teams to maximize project efficiency. • Communicate and maintain positive relationships with owners, engineers, architects, customers, and internal teams. • Analyze project costs and pricing for bids, subcontractors, and project management. • Monitor job progress, estimate status, invoicing, and subcontractors to ensure constructability and project close‑out. • Create and maintain accurate job cost and margin forecasts from conception to completion.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field (preferred) and at least five years of experience in estimating, project management, and supervision, along with knowledge of asphalt paving, grading/drainage, and utility work.
