About the Role
The Porter / Yard Worker (Yard Associate) is responsible for positioning and retrieving equipment on the site, maintaining a written maintenance schedule, and servicing items as needed to meet specifications. The role also includes inspecting equipment before and after rental to record any loss or damage. • Advance into mechanic, driver, or customer service roles. • Communicate effectively with customers, both written and oral.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED preferred. • Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred. • Some experience or training in mechanical equipment repair preferred. • Perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). • General mechanical aptitude. • Safety‑focused mindset. • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

Base pay ranges from $17.75 to $23.72, with the starting rate varying based on location, education, training, and experience.
