About the Role
Date Posted: 2025-09-29. The role is based in Al Tijaria Tower, 10th Floor, Al Soor Street, Mirqab, Kuwait. The C2C Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating both the strategic planning and operational execution of C2C projects in Kuwait, translating regional priorities (IBAME) into specific local actions. • Lead the credit and collections team, assessing creditworthiness of key accounts. • Design and execute C2C project plans, ensuring timelines, quality, and business objectives are met. • Manage daily collections, reserves, disputes, and track incidents to resolve issues swiftly. • Monitor operational and project KPIs, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions. • Align priorities with regional and local stakeholders, facilitating two‑way communication. • Identify and implement process improvements for internal and external workflows. • Prepare clear reports and presentations for the C2C IBAME Lead, regional management, and local teams. • Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams, fostering collaboration and shared responsibility. • Train the team on new processes and maintain close partnership with the Finance department. • Support the C2C IBAME Lead in implementing initiatives locally.

What You Bring
• Minimum 4 years experience in credit and collections, preferably in C2C environments. • Ability to balance strategic planning, KPI management, and operational coordination. • Strong analytical, results‑oriented mindset. • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency preferred. • Practical, solution‑focused, and resilient under high‑pressure conditions. • University degree in Finance, Administration, Economics, or a related field. • Preferred Certified Credit Professional (CCP) certification.
