About the Role

The role focuses on delivering front‑line maintenance services for PSA customers according to preventive‑maintenance schedules, handling breakdown complaints within agreed turnaround times, and maintaining a high customer satisfaction score (NPS > 70). The incumbent must ensure equipment uptime with targeted energy efficiency and be willing to travel to outstations outside the Delhi NCR region, including working odd hours for critical breakdown calls. Key responsibilities include providing technical solutions for system upgrades, generating a LNM pipeline to meet stretched revenue targets, and collaborating closely with sales representatives to convert leads into closed opportunities. The position also requires delivering the required margin on LNM and PSA contracts while staying abreast of emerging digitization trends in HVAC technology. • Execute front‑line maintenance for PSA customers per preventive‑maintenance schedule. • Respond to breakdown complaints within agreed turnaround time and maintain zero open complaints beyond TAT. • Achieve NPS greater than 70 for the region and ensure equipment uptime with targeted energy efficiency. • Travel to outstations outside Delhi NCR and work odd hours for critical breakdowns. • Provide technical solutions for system upgrades and advise on energy‑saving measures. • Generate LNM pipeline to meet stretched revenue targets and collaborate with sales to close opportunities. • Deliver required margin on LNM and PSA contracts. • Maintain EHS compliance at all service sites. • Collect accounts receivable as per terms and conditions. • Utilize CRM/ServiceMax for reporting and data management. • Conduct energy audits and performance testing of chillers, plant rooms, and air‑distribution systems. • Promote energy‑conservation and sustainability offerings. • Apply sales acumen and leadership to drive regional service operations. • Deliver presentations on upgrades and proactive service advisories to customers.

What You Bring

The candidate must uphold EHS standards at all service sites, maintain zero open complaints beyond agreed TAT, and manage accounts receivable collections as per terms and conditions. Proficiency with CRM/ServiceMax for reporting, conducting energy audits, and promoting energy‑conservation and sustainability offerings is essential. Leadership, sales acumen, and strong presentation skills are needed to lead the regional service team and advise customers on proactive upgrades. Eligibility requires a diploma or graduate degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with a minimum of six years’ experience in chiller service execution. Certifications from BEE, LEED, or IGBC are considered advantageous. • Minimum six years of chiller service execution experience; diploma/degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering. • Prefer certifications from BEE, LEED, or IGBC.
