About the Role

In this role you will support Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) activities in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment, interfacing with SE&I team members, contractors, government civilians, and USSF personnel. You will lead and support working groups that conduct technical discussions, identify risks and requirement gaps, develop briefings, and document meeting minutes and action items. The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) effort provides advanced SE&I for the Space Systems Center, enabling secure, survivable, global communications for the nation’s warfighters. • Support Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities and maintain technical baselines • Develop, refine, and manage system and subsystem requirements with clear traceability and verification • Analyze requirements and participate in verification reviews of TRDs, ICDs, and related documents • Identify and close requirements gaps using DOORS in collaboration with government and contractor teams • Lead or support technical working groups: prepare materials, document minutes, and track actions • Assess impacts on the technical baseline and integration considerations across stakeholders • Review program documentation, capture reviewer comments, and adjudicate with contractors • Provide technical input and create briefings for USSF program leadership • Participate in risk, issue, and dependency management, proposing solutions to identified disconnects

What You Bring

The position is on‑site with minimal travel, standard working hours, and requires an active Secret clearance. • Required: Active Secret clearance, BS in engineering/related field, 3‑5 years systems engineering experience, familiarity with DOORS, strong analytical and communication skills • Preferred: Master’s degree, INCOSE certification, MBSE certification, Agile tools experience, Jira/Confluence, MILSATCOM systems knowledge, DoD customer background
