About the Role

The Strategy Consultant – CEO Office & Executive Response is a hybrid role that partners with the CEO, North America leaders, and the VP of Strategy. The consultant leads North America strategy workstreams and orchestrates cross‑functional questions, analyses, and requests that flow into the CEO Office, balancing strategic narrative development with urgent operational coordination. • Hybrid Strategy Consultant role supports CEO, NAM leaders, and VP of Strategy. • Leads North America strategy development and acts as the central point for cross‑functional strategic requests. • Develops executive‑ready materials such as board decks, positioning statements, and long‑term roadmaps. • Conducts analysis of external trends, competitive landscape, and internal capability gaps. • Coordinates responses across Strategy, Finance, Market Intelligence, Product, and Operations to address CEO Office inquiries. • Manages delivery tracking and ensures timely closure of stakeholder questions and deliverables. • Builds trusted relationships with business units, corporate functions, and executive leadership. • Facilitates CEO Office rhythms including weekly executive meetings, quarterly strategy forums, and enterprise offsites.

What You Bring

This full‑time position is based in the United States with a compensation range of $164,000 to $246,000 per year, which includes base salary and a short‑term incentive.
