About the Role
In this role you will ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units. You will operate within a defined geographical territory, managing the units assigned to you and responding proactively to any breakdowns. Your daily duties include completing 100% of scheduled elevator maintenance and service visits, performing minor repairs to keep equipment running, and aiming for first‑time fixes on breakdowns. You will also liaise directly with customers on site to build strong working relationships and ensure service satisfaction. • Perform all elevator maintenance and service visits within the assigned territory. • Conduct minor repairs to maintain continuous elevator operation. • Communicate directly with customers on site to build strong relationships. • Provide modern work clothes, personal tools, and an iPhone.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in elevator maintenance, with solid skills in electronic, electrical, and mechanical adjustments. You should possess strong analytical abilities to identify root causes, be comfortable communicating with others, and be adaptable enough to work independently or as part of a team while using electronic and digital tools. • Respond quickly to breakdowns to achieve first‑time fix. • Minimum of 3 years experience in elevator maintenance. • Proficient in electronic, electrical, and mechanical adjustments. • Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of issues. • Effective communicator comfortable working solo or in a team. • Skilled in using digital tools and electronic equipment. • Intensive training in technology, processes, and soft skills.
