About the Role
The Senior Sales Engineer role is focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets through the promotion and sale of commercial HVAC products and services. Working closely with the sales branch, the engineer will strategically grow the business by identifying market opportunities, delivering technical solutions, and building long‑term relationships with key stakeholders. In this position, the Senior Sales Engineer will drive sales strategies, support new product launches, deliver comprehensive HVAC system solutions, and ensure all presentations meet Carrier’s high standards. The role also requires maintaining industry intelligence, providing accurate sales forecasts, and collaborating with Sales Support to meet customer expectations. • Implement sales strategies as directed by the Sales Director • Participate in new product launches and pilot projects • Provide complete HVAC system solutions and promote Carrier’s product range • Ensure 100% compliance with presentation standards and processes • Maintain an industry‑intelligence network to enhance competitiveness • Deliver accurate sales and order forecasts to the Commercial Sales Manager • Collaborate with Sales Support teams to communicate and meet customer expectations • Develop solution‑driven product sales strategies
