About the Role
Work is conducted on-site in environments that are often dirty, dusty, noisy, and may involve uneven terrain, hazardous substances, and extreme weather. The position requires frequent travel and may accommodate individuals with disabilities. • Pack customers' contents • Perform general on-location cleaning • Clean and deodorize HVAC systems • Assist with inventory of site contents • Set up emergency service equipment, prepare contents for storage, and lift items into storage • Conduct environmental remediation, removing and disposing of hazardous waste (asbestos, lead, PCBs, etc.) • Execute demolition tasks, assess damaged areas, and remove debris and structural materials

What You Bring
The ES Technician performs emergency services and contents restoration nationwide, following company policies and remediation procedures. Officers must meet OSHA (HAZWOPER) medical clearance, be able to wear full or half-face respirators, work in confined spaces, and routinely lift and carry over 50 pounds. Technical competencies include basic arithmetic operations, rate, ratio, and percent calculations, while communication skills involve interpreting safety documents, writing routine reports, and speaking effectively to customers and staff. Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma, relevant construction background, and be prepared for overtime, night, weekend, and holiday work, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic. • High School Diploma or equivalent • 2–4 years of construction experience with water/fire damage, contents handling, or hazardous waste (preferred) • Willingness to travel and work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow directions • Good communication skills and adherence to company safety policies • Construction industry experience preferred • Heavy equipment operation and maintenance experience a plus • Legally eligible to work in the United States • Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged (not required)
