Job Highlights
About the Role
The entry‑level Racking and Finishing role supports production by moving, organizing, and preparing materials for the galvanizing process, working closely with supervisors and leads to maintain an efficient material flow and meet production goals. • Hang and prep materials for galvanizing in a safe, organized manner. • Operate overhead cranes and forklifts as needed. • File, grind, deburr, and clean zinc or ash marks from steel products. • Repair uncoated areas by grinding and applying zinc‑based paint. • Apply zinc‑based alloys, zinc‑dust paints, and sprayed zinc to steel items. • Clean, package, and finish materials after the galvanizing process. • Track on‑site materials, including company stock and customer items. • Demonstrate commitment to safety and lead safety policies, practices, and housekeeping. • Maintain professionalism, open communication, and teamwork.

What You Bring
Safety is the highest priority; candidates must actively initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, and housekeeping standards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, professionalism, open communication, and the ability to adapt to flexible work schedules. Key competencies include effective communication, basic computer proficiency, problem‑solving, organization, and teamwork. Preference is given to candidates with at least one year of manufacturing experience and experience operating mobile equipment.
