About the Role
The Senior Document Controller oversees and performs the full range of document management activities on projects, including vendor document management and coordination of the document management plan. This role guides and supervises personnel in setting up and executing document management processes and systems while collaborating with the department and the client to align work processes with contractual requirements. Key responsibilities include ensuring deliverables meet contract, quality, and schedule requirements, managing budgets, equipment, and staffing, and allocating work to balance team workloads. The controller must uphold HSE and QA standards, implement the Document Management strategy, manage supply chain activities, and communicate effectively with project management, clients, and subcontractors to resolve documentation issues. A fraud alert notes that KBR will never request advance payment during the recruiting process and advises candidates to protect personal information from fraudulent job offers. • Oversee the full document management lifecycle for projects, including vendor documents. • Coordinate and implement document management plans aligned with contractual requirements. • Guide, supervise, and allocate work to document control teams to balance workloads. • Ensure compliance with HSE, QA standards, and regulatory authority requirements. • Manage budgets, equipment, and staffing for document management activities. • Communicate and resolve documentation issues with project management, clients, and subcontractors. • Administer and maintain document management systems such as IPMS and Documentum. • Develop and deliver training programs and briefing sessions for document control personnel. • Set performance criteria and continuously improve document management processes.

What You Bring
The position requires a Polytechnic/Graduate with a minimum of 15 years of experience, knowledge of EDMS systems such as Documentum and PIMS, and familiarity with oil and gas industry documentation. Candidates should be strong communicators, capable of developing procedures, aware of regulatory authority requirements, and proficient in MS Office, PDF tools, and engineering document workflows. • Require 15+ years of experience with strong knowledge of EDMS, oil and gas documentation, and EPC project workflows.
