About the Role
The Quality Analyst drives data‑informed decision‑making across utility‑scale solar EPC projects by harvesting KPI data, analyzing performance trends, implementing best‑practice controls, and reviewing contract compliance. This role supports continuous improvement and operational excellence by transforming raw data into actionable insights aligned with contractual and regulatory standards. Key duties include extracting QA/QC data from Sunscreen and other platforms, automating reporting workflows with Power BI, Excel and API integrations, maintaining data categorization frameworks, conducting Pareto and root‑cause analyses, monitoring first‑pass yield and defect rates, collaborating with regional quality managers to standardize inspections and develop SOPs/SWIs, benchmarking practices against industry standards, and reviewing contract clauses for compliance. • Extract and compile QA/QC data from Sunscreen and other platforms into structured datasets. • Automate KPI reporting workflows using Power BI, Excel, and API integrations. • Perform Pareto and root‑cause analyses to identify recurring quality issues and bottlenecks. • Monitor first‑pass yield, defect rates, and remediation effectiveness across projects. • Collaborate with regional quality managers to standardize inspection procedures and develop SOPs/SWIs. • Benchmark internal practices against industry standards and conference learnings. • Review QA/QC contract clauses to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in quality analysis, project controls, or data analytics within construction or renewable‑energy sectors, familiarity with solar PV, civil and electrical scopes, and strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Sunscreen and data‑visualization tools. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills are required; Six Sigma or ASQ Certified Quality Analyst certification is preferred but not required. The role is remote (LI‑Remote).
