About the Role
The Branch Manager, also known as Profit Center Manager, leads a multi-million-dollar rental center. Responsibilities include directing sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics while meeting financial and performance targets and handling operational reporting. • Lead all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics. • Achieve financial targets by managing P&L, budgets, and performance metrics. • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver superior customer service. • Utilize outside-sales and negotiation skills to expand business in construction and industrial markets.

What You Bring
Candidates need a Business Management degree with at least one year of rental-industry experience or 3‑4 years of direct rental experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication abilities. A solid understanding of P&L, outside sales, negotiation, and familiarity with construction or industrial markets is preferred, along with high accountability and time-management skills. • Apply strong leadership, communication, and time-management abilities. • Meet physical job demands such as lifting 50 lb and working indoor/outdoor environments. • Hold a Business Management degree with rental industry experience (1 yr with degree or 3‑4 yr without) and a valid driver’s license.
