About the Role

The HVAC Technician 2 role exemplifies professional communication and service excellence. Technicians deliver, install, and maintain portable HVAC units, troubleshoot equipment, and perform general shop duties while ensuring safety and proper documentation. • Communicate professionally with customers, managers, and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pick‑ups, and service calls • Deliver and install rented HVAC equipment; train operators on safe use • Guide customers in signing paperwork and track equipment serial numbers • Troubleshoot and understand the operation, specifications, and controls of all rental equipment • Operate company vehicle safely and adhere to all safety policies • Clean and test returned equipment to meet operational and appearance standards • Complete required paperwork for deliveries, pick‑ups, and service calls • Install flexible gas hoses for propane and natural‑gas applications • Apply proper procedures to check gas connections safely • Maintain accurate records of in‑stock and rented equipment with managers and sales engineers • Participate in rotating on‑call schedule for emergency service, including weekends and evenings • Troubleshoot and repair most climate‑control equipment while following safety principles

What You Bring
