About the Role
• Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and process improvements. • Translate business requirements into digital solutions aligned with standard processes. • Lead change management initiatives to help stakeholders adopt new systems. • Drive continuous improvement to deliver measurable value to business and customers. • Collaborate in agile teams to identify data migration requirements and dependencies. • Execute data mapping and migration activities with business and functional analysts. • Support data cleanup efforts alongside business stakeholders. • Coordinate end-to-end data conversion and load activities. • Develop data quality and readiness checks and assess impact of solution changes. • Troubleshoot data extraction, conversion, and load issues. • Validate migrated data accuracy against expected outcomes. • Contribute to lifecycle processes for data management.

What You Bring
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing data governance or related processes. • 3+ years hands‑on experience with data tables and ETL processes. • 3+ years experience working in an SAP environment. • Strong problem‑solving and complex analytics skills. • Proactive, collaborative, and persistent work style. • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and rigorous execution. • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. • Intermediate SQL proficiency.

Benefits
For this U.S.-based full-time position, the compensation range is $96,000-$144,000 per year, including base pay and a short-term incentive. Salary is set based on role level, performance, knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
