About the Role
The Associate Electrical Engineer position in Abu Dhabi will involve applying basic engineering techniques and analyses within the electrical discipline to support a variety of projects. The role offers the chance to work on medium to large infrastructure designs while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. • Prepare electrical engineering computations, quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, designs, specifications, data sheets and Bill of Quantities. • Design electrical power distribution and low‑voltage systems using ETAP software. • Create indoor and outdoor lighting designs with Dialux and AGI32. • Perform power cable sizing calculations using industry tools. • Conduct load flow studies, short‑circuit analysis and earthing design with ETAP. • Assist in the preparation of telecom and MCC network designs. • Design fire‑alarm and life‑safety systems in accordance with NFPA and local civil‑defense regulations. • Prepare and analyse BIM models using Civil 3D and Navisworks, and resolve model clashes. • Provide technical guidance to CAD designers and drafters. • Develop and deliver detailed technical reports and client presentations.

What You Bring
• Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering. • Possess internship experience in electrical design of medium‑to‑large infrastructure projects (fresh graduates welcome). • Basic knowledge of Civil 3D, Navisworks, Dialux and AGI32 software. • Understanding of protection coordination and LV/MV network settings. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
