About the Role
The Framer 3’s primary function is to manufacture round‑stock products to established specifications in a productive, efficient, and safe manner. The role includes operating hand and framing tools, inspecting and verifying product quality, documenting processed material, and supporting the company’s safety program. During a 90‑day probationary period, a Framer 2 will be classified as a Framer 3 while training until proficiency. • Inspect and verify round‑stock quality against ANSI, ASTM, or corporate standards. • Operate hand and framing tools to cut, drill, gauge, brand, tag, clean, and prepare poles for treatment. • Document and report processed material and maintain records. • Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work area in good condition. • Assist with material receipt, tallying, identification, and record‑keeping. • Operate full‑length and deep incisor machines as needed. • Run pole‑tag machine to manufacture aluminum tags. • Participate in and contribute to the company safety program.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED. • Minimum 3 months of framing wood products or carpentry experience. • Knowledge of ANSI standards preferred. • Expert proficiency with power tools. • Understanding of grading, defect identification, and wood species.
