Are you a passionate civil engineer with a proven track record of managing complex projects? Freese and Nichols is seeking a highly motivated Transportation Project Manager and Design Lead to shape the future of transportation in Rogers, Arkansas. You will join a growing team delivering projects for the Arkansas Department of Transportation and numerous counties and municipalities. This role offers more than project management—it provides an opportunity to lead, grow, and make a real impact in a booming Northwest Arkansas market. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) and 6+ years roadway design experience. • Have at least 2 years of progressive project management experience. • Possess an Arkansas PE license or ability to obtain it within 6 months. • Demonstrate strong technical skills in roadway and drainage design using MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer. • Preferred: Experience with Arkansas Department of Transportation design requirements. • Preferred: Traffic engineering, client communication, and project scheduling expertise.
