About the Role

• Lead HVAC/refrigeration technicians in installation, repair, and maintenance for commercial clients. • Coordinate scheduling with dispatch based on skill level, efficiency, and training requirements. • Report daily project status, estimates, labor hours, and material usage to dispatch. • Review work orders, invoices, and time reports to ensure accuracy and minimal receivables. • Develop and monitor budgets, goals, and objectives to maintain departmental profitability. • Communicate with vendors and manufacturers regarding warranty issues, recalls, and product failures.
