BIM/CAD Designer II
Design and produce BIM/CAD models for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

About the Role
Designers are expected to understand project requirements and scope, provide conceptual input during planning, and produce detailed drawings that meet professional standards. They will work with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring smooth execution and quality control of BIM/CAD deliverables. The position also involves maintaining CAD standards, managing drawing files, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the designer will act as a bridge between CAD managers and end‑users, helping implement new policies and technologies.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in engineering design and BIM/CAD software, with proficiency in Revit or Civil 3D, including pipe networks and surface modeling. Strong problem‑solving abilities, adaptability, and effective communication with all staff levels are required. A high school diploma or equivalent is minimum; an associate degree and three or more years of Revit experience are preferred. Experience translating data between GIS, AutoCAD, and Revit platforms is a plus.
