About the Role
• Lead projects to deliver outputs on time, on budget, and to quality standards • Define client requirements and manage site surveys, investigations, calculations, cost estimates, specifications, and drawings • Organise tender documents and evaluate tenders and contracts • Develop and mentor junior staff • Maintain continuous client liaison to address expectations and concerns • Pursue business development by understanding client objectives and identifying opportunities • Produce quality project outputs, monitoring scope changes and ensuring design work is properly resourced and scheduled

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering degree, has around ten years of experience in water infrastructure, demonstrates strong communication, time‑management and resilience, and is eager to mentor junior staff and drive business development. • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent • Possess approximately 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in water infrastructure • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Exhibit strong time‑management, prioritisation, and ability to meet tight deadlines • Show resilience and agility in dynamic project environments
