About the Role

Consultants engage visitors, determine their buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy, and generate and close sales through self‑generated or referred leads. They maintain the Welcome Home Center and model homes, travel throughout the community to prospect leads, and stay informed on market trends, product offerings, and customer demographics. Collaboration with internal departments ensures smooth transactions, while participation in meetings and marketing events drives sales growth. • Engage visitors, assess home‑buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy. • Generate, process, and close sales through self‑generated or referred leads following the 10‑5‑2‑1 approach. • Maintain the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes, coordinating maintenance as needed. • Develop in‑depth knowledge of market trends, product offerings, community details, and customer demographics. • Track daily customer traffic with company tools and collaborate with internal teams for smooth transactions. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive growth.

What You Bring

The New Home Consultant guides prospective homebuyers through every step of the purchasing process, from the first contact to closing and post‑closing support. Success in this role requires proactive sales techniques, strong relationship management, and deep knowledge of the local housing market. Candidates must have at least a high‑school diploma; a college degree and real estate license are preferred, along with 1‑3 years of new‑home sales or related experience. Required skills include relationship building, strong communication, organization, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking tools. The position demands regular on‑site presence, the ability to work beyond eight‑hour days, operate a vehicle, and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb. • High school diploma required; college degree and real estate license preferred. • 1‑3 years of experience in new‑home sales, real estate, or a related field. • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales. • Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking systems. • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, able to work independently. • Ability to work on‑site, operate a vehicle, lift >50 lb, and perform construction‑site tasks.
