Machine Operator - Broadway Mill
Operate paper mill equipment on rotating 12‑hour shifts, ensuring production and safety.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production • Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment • Perform basic asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area • Inspect product to ensure quality standards are met • Attend your regular scheduled shift without violations including tardiness which at times will include participating in meetings and training sessions as required • Monitor and/or enter data into computer control systems • Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, industrial, non-temperature controlled, high-volume environment • Operate and/or work around mobile equipment • Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets • Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals

What You Bring
• Forklift experience • 48 Hours of PTO (1-yr waiting period until PTO is earned and will be pro-rated during the first year of eligibility) • Speak, read, and write English • Experience using a computer, tablet, OR smartphone • Experience working a rotating shift • Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment • Experience working in a paper manufacturing environment
