About the Role
As a Team Lead of Web product publishing, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality digital experiences across a network of over 56 multinational websites. You will lead the execution of web content publishing, ensuring adherence to UX and authoring standards while managing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and process optimization. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise content management systems (preferably AEM), global publishing workflows, effective communication, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will be an essential partner of a global Web Operations team that supports the authoring, localization, and activation of web content. Your efforts will drive consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across markets worldwide. You will oversee the publishing lifecycle and mentor the publishing team. You will also drive continuous improvement across global web operations. • Lead end‑to‑end publishing for global, localized, and local web content, managing backlog, prioritization, escalations, translation coordination, quality assurance, and go‑live execution. • Ensure all content complies with UX, AEM authoring, brand, and compliance standards. • Collaborate with global marketing, IT, and translation teams to meet delivery schedules. • Mentor new publishers and super users, and contribute to ongoing training programs. • Participate in operational reviews, gemba walks, and business reviews to improve transparency and performance. • Align production needs with budgetary constraints and support budgeting activities.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds at least a graduate degree, possesses extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS, and is proficient in agile and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, along with fluency in English and basic web development knowledge, are essential. • Graduate or post‑graduate degree required. • Proven experience leading and developing teams in a publishing or digital environment. • Strong project and workflow management using tools such as Jira, Workfront, or equivalents. • Hands‑on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or comparable CMS. • Knowledge of continuous improvement methods (A3, gemba, VSM, PDCA, RCA) and Scrum/Agile practices. • Solid understanding of web standards, UX principles, SEO, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. • Experience with translation workflows and tools (e.g., GlobalLink, Workfront). • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive process enhancements. • Fluent English proficiency.
