About the Role
Reporting to the SVP Enterprise Solutions, this senior leadership role sits on the Digital & IT Senior Leadership Team. The incumbent will be accountable for leading the Digital & IT delivery of Rolls‑Royce’s SAP transformation journey, addressing regulatory requirements and the move to SAP S/4 HANA. Key responsibilities include evolving, maintaining, and executing the SAP Transformation Strategy and Roadmap in partnership with senior business stakeholders, agreeing delivery plans, and overseeing performance against targets. The role will manage the discovery phases for the S/4 HANA transformation through 2026, provide governance for all related projects and programmes, align delivery with other Digital & IT towers, and build a sustainable, high‑performing team. • Lead Digital & IT delivery of Rolls‑Royce’s SAP transformation to S/4 HANA. • Define, evolve, and execute the SAP Transformation Strategy and Roadmap with senior stakeholders. • Provide governance, risk, and performance oversight for all SAP transformation projects and programmes. • Build and mentor a high‑performing, sustainable delivery team. • Manage third‑party ecosystem to ensure best‑value capability and commercial performance. • Align SAP delivery with other Digital & IT Enterprise Solutions towers for integrated execution. • Oversee portfolio‑level finance, supplier performance, and reporting. • Ensure accurate project data for the PPMO and enforce risk/issue processes. • Foster collaboration with peers, stakeholders, and external partners.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate will have over ten years of SAP delivery experience, extensive project, program, and portfolio delivery expertise in fast‑paced environments, and a deep understanding of program, resource, and risk management tools. Strong influencing, analytical, and commercial skills, proven leadership of complex delivery, and the ability to collaborate with peers, stakeholders, and third‑party ecosystems are essential.
