About the Role

• Deliver core front‑of‑house services such as sign‑in, badging, luggage handling, lost‑and‑found, and deliveries. • Receive, route and respond to telephone, email and other front‑desk queries. • Greet, assist and direct candidates, new hires, visitors and the general public appropriately. • Monitor onsite events and personalize visitor experience accordingly. • Maintain high standards of presentation and functionality in front‑of‑house and meeting/event areas. • Set up meeting and event spaces following team guidelines and EHS considerations. • Monitor meeting room environments, including furniture, signage, equipment, temperature and consumables. • Keep Outlook, conference‑room finder and SharePoint booking systems up‑to‑date for assigned spaces. • Liaise daily with security, janitorial and other partners to coordinate meetings and events. • Update room‑booking displays and support onsite space audits and walk‑the‑store processes. • Provide support for facilities services such as trouble tickets, mail, courier, site inspections and ad‑hoc tasks. • Maintain professionalism at all times and act as an ambassador for the team.

The Workplace Experience Ambassador team owns the internal and external visitor experience, delivering the highest standards of engagement through front‑of‑house and meeting & event services. Ambassadors must be customer‑ and quality‑obsessed, maintain strong security awareness, and know all onsite emergency and evacuation procedures. • Own internal and external visitor experience to ensure positive, memorable interactions. • Experience in reception, concierge or related field; hospitality background desirable. • Strong people skills with ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands. • Experience in a high‑profile corporate environment; facilities management exposure beneficial. • Fluency in English and the local language. • High PC literacy and ability to manage daily activities using multiple systems. • Very high attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills. • Excellent team player willing to go above and beyond for colleagues.
