About the Role

The Security Supervisor leads the Loss Prevention team, ensuring safety, incident response, training, policy enforcement, and regulatory compliance across the resort. • Supervise, schedule, and encourage Loss Prevention Associates, providing direction and equipment • Respond to incidents and accidents, completing required reports with statements from involved parties and witnesses • Assist with training of Loss Prevention staff on emergency fire procedures, lock system operation, security response, use of force, video camera operation, and escort procedures • Provide training to resort staff in basic First Aid, CPR, evacuation, fire, and disaster procedures • Deter and prevent employee theft by maintaining and developing policies and procedures and ensuring their implementation • Complete daily security reports for the Loss Prevention Manager and maintain accurate SDS labeling and records • Ensure compliance with OSHA rules and regulations • Maintain regular attendance in accordance with HGVC standards

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has a high school education, relevant security or law‑enforcement experience, and a commitment to safety, with preferred certifications and hospitality education.
