About the Role

A Senior Product Designer at Dodge Construction Network co-leads the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for digital product experiences, supporting projects from strategy to execution alongside Product Managers, collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams, conducting user research, creating detailed prototypes, and supporting the brand with marketing deliverables. • Lead UX/UI design from concept to delivery, producing high‑fidelity, usable, accessible, production‑ready designs and prototypes. • Conduct and synthesize user research, validate designs through real customer workflows, and turn insights into actionable product decisions. • Scale and uphold the design system and brand, ensuring consistency across products while supporting marketing, onboarding, and sales experiences. • Act as a senior cross‑functional design leader, collaborating with Engineering and stakeholders, influencing decisions, and raising design quality. • Create product‑related deliverables for brand, sales, and cross‑functional teams. • Produce deliverables using industry‑standard tools such as Figma and the Adobe Suite. • Apply user‑centered design methodologies (Jobs‑to‑be‑Done, journey mapping, usability testing, iterative validation). • Use data, analytics, research insights, and experimentation to evaluate design impact and ROI. • Solve ambiguous problems with hypothesis‑driven approaches, breaking them into testable design solutions. • Communicate and collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and executive stakeholders. • Partner closely with engineers in Agile teams throughout discovery, delivery, and iteration. • Maintain high organization and detail orientation, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
