About the Role
The Restoration Supervisor works with a team to deliver emergency and contents restoration services, following company policies and regulatory requirements such as EPA and OSHA, and must be available for after‑hours and weekend calls. Work is performed in dirty, dusty, noisy settings on uneven or hazardous surfaces, often outdoors under extreme weather, and requires frequent travel and the use of personal protective equipment. • Restore residential and commercial properties to dry standards promptly and efficiently. • Monitor and document temperature and humidity readings on job sites. • Set up emergency service equipment, prepare contents for storage, and lift items into storage. • Install containment areas and drying chambers as needed. • Clean, HEPA‑vacuum, and disinfect contaminated contents and work areas. • Complete job site documentation, including moisture maps, field logs, and photo/video records. • Follow safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site‑specific safety plans while using protective gear. • Operate routinely used tools and equipment. • Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment. • Work at high elevations using ladders or scaffolding.

What You Bring
The position demands strong technical aptitude for measuring and calculating rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as the ability to read safety manuals, write reports, and communicate effectively with customers and staff. The role requires good physical health, OSHA HAZWOPER clearance, the ability to wear respirators, work in confined spaces, and regularly lift and carry 50 + pounds. Candidates should hold a high school diploma or equivalent, possess a clean driver’s license, have 2‑4 years of construction/restoration experience (water/fire damage, hazardous waste), and demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and compliance with safety policies; bilingual ability is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record. • 2–4 years of construction and restoration experience, specifically water/fire damage, environmental, and hazardous waste work. • IICRC Water Restoration certification (optional) and heavy equipment operation/maintenance experience (optional). • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow directions. • Good communication skills and commitment to company safety policy. • Legal eligibility to work in the United States. • Bilingual English/Spanish (encouraged, not required).
