About the Role

Plan, lay-out and perform all types of Carpentry work in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Work in other crafts at levels appropriate to training and skills as requested by project supervision. • Eliminate waste including waiting, rework, transport, storage, and time. • Apply high proficiency in trade mathematics. • Inspect subordinate work for accuracy and compliance; correct deficiencies. • Maintain positive working relationships with the crew. • Produce high‑quality work safely and productively. • Provide feedback to ensure materials, tools, equipment, and information are available. • Occasionally use telephone, computer, email for communication. • Comply with all safety standards and procedures. • Move within confined spaces and uneven areas. • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects. • Climb and maintain balance on steel/wood frameworks, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb.

What You Bring

• Read and understand drawings, specifications, safety and quality standards; proficiently use trade tools and equipment. • Possess required experience level (1‑4 years) in industrial/commercial construction and deep carpentry expertise. • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. • Wear required personal protective equipment such as steel‑toe shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, and vest. • Frequently reach above shoulder height and below waist; occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts performing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.
