About the Role

• Lead the development and implementation of technical protocols, quality assurance procedures, and CRM platform requirements for energy efficiency programs. • Plan, coordinate, and manage energy efficiency and clean energy projects from initiation to completion. • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program implementation and execution. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and cross-functional teams. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. • Review and validate calculations, assumptions, and technical reports to predict or measure benefits from energy efficiency projects. • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. • Ensure compliance with program procedures, technical protocols, and quality assurance standards. • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, customers, program administrators, and other stakeholders. • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for new projects and contributing to proposal development. • Represent TRC at industry events, conferences, and community outreach initiatives to promote program goals and build partnerships. • Communicate project status, requirements, and updates to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and meetings. • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills • Must be results driven with expertise in continuous improvement methods • Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a part of a productive work team • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as business administration, project management, engineering, construction management, or related discipline and 7+ years of relevant work experience
