About the Role
The Security Supervisor is tasked with supervising Loss Prevention Associates, responding to incidents, completing detailed reports, and delivering training on emergency procedures, First Aid, CPR, and security protocols while ensuring OSHA compliance and maintaining accurate records. • Supervise, schedule, and support Loss Prevention Associates. • Respond to incidents and accidents, completing reports and witness statements. • Train staff on emergency fire procedures, lock systems, security response, use of force, video surveillance, and escort protocols. • Provide basic First Aid, CPR, evacuation, fire, and disaster training to resort personnel. • Develop and enforce policies to deter employee theft. • Complete daily security reports and maintain accurate SDS labeling and records. • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain regular attendance.

What You Bring
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of security, law‑enforcement, or military experience, and one year of related work experience; certifications such as Certified Lodging Security Officer and an associate degree in hospitality are advantageous. • High school diploma or GED required. • Minimum 6 months security, law enforcement, or military experience. • At least 1 year related job experience. • Preferred: Certified Lodging Security Officer with 3+ years related experience. • Preferred: Associate degree in hotel or hospitality field.
