About the Role
The technician is responsible for efficiently performing all maintenance tasks required for the apartment community and works under the Maintenance Supervisor to direct and manage overall maintenance programs. Day‑to‑day duties include a variety of repair and maintenance work such as appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical tasks, along with assisting the Service Manager, completing service requests, performing preventative maintenance, responding to emergencies, and supporting resident activities. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical repairs. • Assist Service Manager with community tasks. • Complete service requests accurately and promptly. • Conduct preventative maintenance repairs. • Respond to emergency service calls per company policy. • Support resident functions and events. • Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs.

What You Bring
