About the Role

As a Process Engineering Specialist you will analyze operations, develop efficient procedures, and partner closely with HSE, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Inventory, and Test groups. You will help advance the rollout of Global Product Group (GPG) standard products and processes, improving flow, efficiency, and performance across the operation. You will monitor and assess the health of GPG standard processes, analyze production flow, operator movement, and area layout, and lead or participate in Kaizen and continuous‑improvement activities. You will create and maintain work instructions and standard work, identify and execute CAPEX and cost‑out projects, and collaborate across HSE, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Procurement. Troubleshooting will require balancing urgency with safety and quality requirements, and you will use software tools to conduct analyses, prepare reports, and support engineering activities. • Monitor and assess GPG standard process health. • Analyze and improve production flow, operator movement, and area layout. • Lead or participate in Kaizen and continuous‑improvement activities. • Create and maintain work instructions and standard work. • Identify and execute CAPEX and cost‑out improvement projects. • Collaborate with HSE, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Procurement teams. • Troubleshoot issues while balancing safety and quality requirements. • Use software tools for analysis, reporting, and engineering support.

What You Bring

The role requires a degree in engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience), experience with production or manufacturing processes, familiarity with Lean methodologies, ability to analyze data with standard engineering and computer tools, strong communication skills, and sound engineering judgment to resolve routine technical problems.
