About the Role

You will work closely with the customer and manage all aspects of the program, maintaining responsibility for reporting deliverables such as implementation schedules, billing reports, and inventory tracking. You will take initiative to solve problems, improve processes, and enhance the business experience, while driving change management, overall project control, and team participation. The role requires prioritizing multiple projects, conducting business analysis, and proactively managing stakeholder expectations with clear communication. You will make effective decisions, oversee issue resolution, share lessons learned, and build relationships across all levels of the organization. • Lead and oversee all phases of technical programs, ensuring transparency and alignment with customer goals. • Manage program reporting, including schedules, billing, and inventory tracking. • Drive process improvements, change management, and issue resolution across project teams. • Prioritize multiple projects, conduct business analysis, and communicate progress to stakeholders. • Provide senior‑level briefings and develop metrics to support strategic decisions. • Collaborate with technical and non‑technical staff and coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and other divisions.

What You Bring

Vaxcom Services LLC (a Parsons company) is looking for a talented Technical Program Manager to provide leadership and transparency through all phases of the program lifecycle. You must demonstrate a sound understanding of division‑level financials, source data to create metrics, and conduct senior‑level briefings for executive stakeholders. Maintaining a holistic view of program operations will enable strategic and tactical decisions while ensuring each group operates both independently and collectively. Collaboration with technical and non‑technical personnel is essential, as is managing personnel and coordinating with HR, Operations, Finance, and other corporate divisions to ensure compliance, productivity, and teamwork. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or 15 years relevant experience), at least eight years of technical operations experience, technical or military training, and the ability to handle classified and confidential information with high ethical standards. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with the MS Office Suite—especially advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Project—are also required. Desired skills include hands‑on experience with cryptology and PKI, knowledge of network engineering designs and deployments, basic understanding of in‑line network encryptors, familiarity with current COMSEC policy, and exposure to cloud services such as AWS or Microsoft Azure. Prior overseas technical experience is a plus. An active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance is required. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team, which delivers resources to U.S. government customers to support missions worldwide. • Required: Bachelor’s degree (or 15 years experience), 8+ years technical operations, classified‑information handling, strong communication and organizational skills, MS Office expertise, knowledge of communications security technologies. • Desired: Experience with cryptology/PKI, network engineering, COMSEC policy, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and overseas technical assignments. • Must possess an active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance.
